AI for everyone - Prompt Engineering

Target Audience: Suitable for those who do not have much experience in using ChatGPT.

Overview:

This programme introduces the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve productivity, decision-making, and daily business operations. Participants will learn how modern AI tools—especially generative AI—can streamline administrative work, support HR and sales activities, enhance marketing content creation, and assist with planning and data analysis. Through hands-on exercises and real SME use cases, learners will gain confidence in applying structured prompting techniques and leveraging AI as a practical business assistant. The course emphasises safe and responsible AI usage aligned with Malaysian PDPA requirements, ensuring participants can adopt AI effectively and securely within their organisations.

By end of the session, the participants will be able to:

1.     Identify business tasks where AI can enhance efficiency and accuracy.

2.     Learn how to ask questions when using AI system and apply structured prompt engineering techniques to generate better outputs in AI systems for daily works.
