Program Overview

This programme introduces the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve productivity, decision-making, and daily business operations. Participants will learn how modern AI tools - especially generative AI—can streamline administrative work, support HR and sales activities, enhance marketing content creation, and assist with planning and data analysis.

Through hands-on exercises and use cases, learners will gain confidence in applying structured prompting techniques and leveraging AI as a practical business assistant. The course emphasises safe and responsible AI usage aligned with Malaysian PDPA requirements, ensuring participants can adopt AI effectively and securely within their organisations.
